Grigg Pools & Outdoor Living has built its business on three core values: pride of workmanship, customer-first support, and family values. These were all ideas that came naturally to Winston Grigg – who, along with his wife Rosalie, founded R.E. Grigg Pools Service Ltd. in 1993. Winston quickly developed a respected reputation as an honest and friendly businessperson and brought his children into the business as it grew. Although Winston is no longer with us, his way of doing business remains with us today.
Rosalie is Grigg Pools’ Lab Technician and Office Manager. This is her second career – her first was working in the lab at the Saint John Regional Hospital. With all that chemistry experience, it’s not at all surprising that Rosalie is an expert at solving pool water problems. She’s our resident water guru.
Ryan is Grigg Pools’ Owner and Operator. He is in charge of the day-to-day running of the business – including sales, backyard design, service, construction, and installation. He started in the family business at the age of eight – tagging along with his Dad to job sites and learning all there is to know along the way.
Karen looks after the strategic direction for the business as well as the company’s marketing and communication strategy. Karen also grew up in the business, working during the summer months, cleaning swimming pools, and testing water.
Troy is Grigg Pools’ most senior service technician. He started out working alongside Winston, and today does the same with Ryan. Troy also manages our maintenance program.
Vanessa is Grigg Pools’ Spa Consultant. Her background in health and wellness and understanding of the mechanics of the human body allows her to speak knowledgeably with our customers about the health benefits of spa therapy.
